By accessing our website or purchasing from DC7 Sports, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Authenticity

  • We sell original cricket equipment including bats, gloves, pads, kitbags, accessories, and custom hand-picked bats.

  • Bat grains, weight, and performance may vary naturally from piece to piece.

  • Product images and videos are for representation; minor variations may occur.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and may change anytime.

  • Full payment is required before order dispatch.

  • Advance payments for custom/bespoke bats are non-refundable once the selection or custom process begins.

3. Worldwide Shipping

  • We ship Pan-India & Worldwide via trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery time depends on location and courier operations.

  • Customs charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Damage, Replacement & Claims

  • Report any transit damage within 24 hours with photos/video.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, wrong knocking process, or improper handling is not covered.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • Cricket bats, once used, knocked, or played with, are NOT returnable.

  • Custom-selected bats (weight, grains, profile) are non-returnable.

6. Bat Performance Disclaimer

  • Willow is a natural material; performance may vary based on usage, knocking, moisture, and playing conditions.

  • Breakage due to edge hits, yorker hits, moisture, mishits, or improper knocking is not covered under replacement.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not usage-related damage.

  • Accessories and gloves/pads come with limited warranty based on category.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, videos, watermarks, and branding under DC7 Sports are our exclusive property and cannot be copied without permission.

9. Privacy

Customer information is kept confidential and shared only with delivery/logistics partners when necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

DC7 Sports is not responsible for:

  • Third-party courier delays

  • Damage after delivery

  • Natural breakage due to playing conditions

  • Any indirect or incidental losses

Maximum liability is limited to the product cost.
