To maintain fairness and product integrity, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange (within 1 days of delivery):

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product on arrival (unboxing video required)
  

The product must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.

Not Eligible:

• Bats that have been knocked-in, oiled, used, handled, or played with

• Bats with surface marks, edge marks, toe cracks from usage

• Size or weight preference changes after purchase

• Minor natural blemishes on English willow (normal characteristics)
